Septic Vacuum Trucks are used to pump fecal,sludge,waste liquids through suction hoses and vaccum systems, as a professional supplier,we offer many types and glad to introduce how to use the trucks.
1. Preparation work before fecal suction
Inspection work should be done at the fecal suction location at rear of the tank as follows:
a. Whether the suction pipe is leak or not
b. Whether the cover is airtight or not
c. Two-thirds of the tank of water circulating pump should be filled
d. Pressure of main gas tank should be setted more than 8 bar.
2. Pumping work
Put the suction pipe down to waste liquid, open the fecal suction valve, connect the pipe to the valve and start the tank truck. Hang the Power Takeoff (stamp the clutch, pull out the power take-off and slowly release the clutch), Get out of the truck and push the handle of the four-way valve to the "suction" position. One person uses the suction pipe to pump liquids, and the other person observes whether it is full through the sight glass. If it is full, first, push the handle of four-way valve to middle position, reach the pressure relief condition, and then turn off the PTO, turn off the engine, put the pipes to platform and at last drive the truck.
3. Discharge work
Connect the drain pipe to drain outlets, put it into sewage storage tank, open the drain pipe, let the waste liquid flow by itself. And you can also lift the tank if the liquids cannot flow competely.(Lifting step:ensure the waste liquids flow down to the fecal sight glass, turn on the truck, adjust the pressure up to 8 bar and more, and then turn on the PTO). in the right of the Septic Vacuum Trucks, push No.1 push rod to "up" position, and then stop pushing when the tank is lifting to certain position, and turn off the PTO. Push the No.1 push rod to "down" position after all waste liquids topple and fall.
4. Preparation work before dredging operation
Inspection work should be done close to the dredging pipe at the rear of the tank as follows:
a. Is there any water in the tank or not
b. Whether the ball-valve of high-pressure pump is open or not
c. Check whether the high pressure tee is in backwater condition
d. Check the pressure of main gas tank is setted more than 8 bar or not.
5. Turn on the engine if the pressure is more than 8 bar, stamp the clutch, Pull out the power take-off switch of high-pressure pump,loosen the clutch slowly,operator push the rod to "release" position, and put the high pressure pipe into the pipe needed dredge, and then push the high pressure tee to "high pressure" condition, push the release rod again, and step on the gas to dredge effictive. And turn off high pressure tee, push the rod to "stop" position, put the high pressure into reel and then push the rod to "middle" position, turn off the reel, PTO and the engine.
6. Note: during the dredging work, the pressure of Septic Vacuum Trucks must not be setted more than the figure setted as per the high pressure pump itself.
Turn off the PTO when driving, and keep the pressure is more than 8 bar before working, or else the gear of the PTO will be damaged and lift the tank with full loading is strictly prohibited.
