32cbm LPG Storage Tank Is Conducting Hydraulic Pressure Test

As is shown from the photo below, 32cbm LPG Storage Tank is conducting hydraulic pressure test before painting as per production process requirement, on March 16, 2022.

This LPG Storage Tank is manufactured for a customer from Shiyan city, Hubei Probince. It is designed with a diameter of 2.4 meters and total length of 7.5 meters. Thickness of both shell and head are 14 mm. Saddle and pipes are produced as per original dimension due to easy installation work.

LPG Storage Tanks must do hydraulic pressure test during production process according to standard codes, which is different from normal pressure tanks. And test pressure is 1.25 times of the designing pressure, then keep the pressure at least for more than 30 minutes.

With a loading capacity of 15 tons, 32cbm LPG storage tank is often used in gas station, and safety fittings like pressure gauge and level meter are also offered if you need.
