1 Scope This regulation specifies the safe operation contents and requirements of sulfuric acid storage posts.
This procedure is applicable to the work of sulfuric acid storage in the wet smelting workshop.

2.1. It is forbidden to enter the Sulphuric Acid Storage Tanks area due to work reasons. Doors entering and exiting the tank area should be locked.
2.2. Workers entering the sulfuric acid storage tank area should wear a complete and standardized labor protection product.
2.3. Do not store any debris around the sulfuric acid storage tank. The floor should be kept dry and clean at any time.
2.4. Do not store any kind of fire, combustibles and various toxic and hazardous substances around the sulfuric acid storage tank. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
2.5. Before injecting concentrated sulfuric acid into the Sulphuric Acid Storage Tanks, the concentration must be determined by the relevant departments such as the laboratory, and the concentration index cannot be reached, and it is forbidden to be injected into it.
2.6. Before injecting concentrated sulfuric acid into the sulfuric acid storage tank, it should also check whether the exhausting device of the sulfuric acid storage tank is working normally, whether there is any blockage phenomenon; whether there is leakage in the conveying pipeline, and it is found that there are running, dripping, dripping and leaking phenomena. Handle immediately. Strictly wear protective equipment during the process and strictly implement various safety and technical operation specifications.
2.7. When injecting concentrated sulfuric acid into the sulfuric acid storage tank, the operator should pay close attention to the height of the tank level gauge to avoid the occurrence of catching.
2.8. The technical department shall regularly measure the wall thickness of the sulfuric acid storage tank and record the corrosion of the storage tank.
2.9. The sulfuric acid storage in the Sulphuric Acid Storage Tanks should not be too large. The total reserves of the two sulfuric acid storage tanks are strictly prohibited to exceed 120 tons.
2.10. The temperature near the sulfuric acid storage tank shall not exceed 35 °C, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 85%. Keep the tank closed.
2.11. Accidental emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials should be kept in the vicinity of the storage tank area.
2.12. It is found that the paint layer on the outer surface of the Sulphuric Acid Storage Tanks has fallen off, and the paint should be repaired in time.
