40ft LNG Tank Container Shipped to Jilin

A unit of 40FT LNG Tank Container, designed as per Chinese Pressure Vessel code, is transported to Lishan town, Suizhou City, and will be shipped to Jilin Province by railway, on May 28.

As can be seen from the picture all marks like UN type, medium, dangerous type, level meter, loading system etc. are pasted on the tank body according to international code. This LNG Tank Container is designed at pressure 7.5bar, with a total volume of 45.5 m3 and loading capacity of 20 tons. It consists of there departments, inner is made of Q345R, outer material is sus304 stainless steel and the middle is vacuum winding layer. So vacuum degree is the key technical performance due to LNG`s low liquefied gas characteristic.
