A 150m3 Bulk LPG Storage Tank is Near Completion

A unit of 150m3 Bulk LPG Storage Tank has been painted priming paint and double coating will be done in the following process,June 18, 2023

The tank is manufactured for a big LPG gas station project in Hunan Province, it is designed at pressure 17.7 bar and with a large diameter of 3,500 mm and a total length of 16.2 meter. We choose Q345R high strength material for it and thickness of shell is 18 mm and head is 20mm, which is safe enough according to GB/T 150 <Pressure Vessel> code.

We can see from the picture 2 manholes are designed to make it convenient when the 150m3 Bulk LPG storage tank maintaining. And large overhead crane and plate bending machine keep it safe and reliable during its 20 years` service life.
