As we know liquid chlorine is widely used in chemical industry like plastic, synthetic rubber, dye manufacturing and other products. It is highly toxic and pressurized liquefied gases. So vessel for storage and transportation of Cl2 must be tested strictly and ensure its safety. Liquid chlorine tank containers are popular for its loading capacity and high efficiency.

20ft liquid chlorine Tank Container is designed at pressure 16.2 bar,temperature from minus 40 to 55 centigrade.It is made of Q345R carbon steel with a shell thickness of 14mm and head thickness of 16mm. Its loading and unloading system like liquid phase and gas phase is designed on the top of the tank due to the characteristic, which we can see from the picture below, the first valve is emergency cut off valve and next is ball valve.
