Hydrostatic Test for 20ft LPG Tank Container

Recently,another batch of 20ft LPG tank containers are put into production and the first one is in progress of hydrostatic test, as can be seen there are double pressure gauges fitted on the top of the Tank Container, waiting for the inspection from government department.

20ft LPG Tank Container, designed at pressure 18bar, is made of 16MnDR material with tank capacity of 24,000 liters. It is offered as per Chinese <Pressure Vessel> & codes. Our worker will pump water to the tank body to pressure 22.5bar and keep it for half an hour to observe whether there is leakage or not, it will be judged qualified if no leakage happen.

These 20ft LPG tank containers will be certificated by CCS and shipped to the Middle East to meet the need of road and sea transportation.
